Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have.
